He didn't quite know what to do with it. He picked it up and messed around with it, but didn't understand he was supposed to eat it LOL. Like this the kid sticks everything in his mouth.

He got a bath toy I'm sure the girls will let him use at some point LOL.
He didn't just pick it up an gnaw on it? That's why it stayed mostly uniced! When Shai had his he just picked the whole thing up and chewed off the ear.
