Meet the Baby Who Never Sleeps:
He was up the whole day at the zoo. I don't think it's normal for an 11 month old baby to wake up at 6:30am and stay up until 5:30pm because he doesn't have a nice crib to sleep in. Aren't kids supposed to sleep in the stroller? Aren't you *not* supposed to let them doze off in the stroller so you don't ruin their naps? Anyway, he was a real joy by the end of the day. He finally passed out about 5 minutes before we got home, of course.
Aww, I am not sure if a baby who sleeps very little is normal or not but I have had 2 of them! LOL Even now, at 17 months, Carlos is up around 8 or 9 am and in bed at 9 or 10 pm with a 1 hour nap in the day (and that is if I am lucky!) He's been like that since 4 or 5 months old? Before that he didn't nap much either .. but he's a happy boy. Here's hoping he didn't wake up as soon as you got home and throw a fit!
