Wow, you are able to have the real mini ones? We have the huge MegaBloks and the Duplo. I'd love to get real Legos for my son, but I'm too scared. Maybe when he'll be responsible enough to keep it away from his little sibs.
Most of them are from when I was a kid. My mother gave away a lot, but there were still a bunch. We also have duplo and megablox but they are in Avraham Tzvi's room kind of out of rotation.
I thought the girls were too young for lego but they played them at frends' and really enjoyed it, so out they came. The rule is lego stays on the Shabbos table (during the week) or on the kitchen table (on Shabbos). They are good about it so no issues yet.
That is quite a collection. I can't wait for Carlos to quit eating things so we can have legos!

That's a great idea! My mother still has mine at home, so maybe I'll take them soon and let the kids play on the table.
